efficiency in building services
The Building Services Summit, organised by leading industry Associations, helps companies gain a better understanding of how to optimise building services equipment in their own buildings.
The difficult challenge of meeting legislation on energy efficient buildings is shared by the whole construction sector. Around 80% of a building's lifetime costs is in the operational period, but often the focus is on cutting costs at the outset which can make buildings less comfortable for occupants and more difficult to run. The Building Services Summit 2016 returned to the original theme of '10-80-10' and hosted a wide cross section of voices to open up the conversation and find a way forward together. Organised by leading associations in the buildings sector, the Summit gives attendees the opportunity to join discussions on how legislation and technology can benefit our industry and how we can delivery better products and services for our clients.
